LTT is currently one of very few entities in Poland capable of coordinating a comprehensive, full-scale, world-class stage technology design project. While other companies provide services in certain aspects of stage technology design, LTT has experience not only in our core field of stage lighting and acoustics design, but also in cooperating with and coordinating experts in upper and lower stage mechanics and electro-acoustics.
Stage technology design
Ever since its creation in 1992 LTT has been constantly widening the scope of offered services. Building on our experience, we undertake increasingly complex projects involving both implementation and design. In recent years the LTT design bureau has been providing our clients with complex stage technology designs.
Our growing design department employs experienced specialists in fields such as stage lighting, installations and mechanics. For our clients we create or coordinate the creation of comprehensive stage technology designs, including designs for stage, architectural and work lighting, multimedia systems and lighting control systems as well as stage mechanics systems.
Experience in design and design coordination
Projects completed by the LTT design bureau include, among others, the construction and executive designs for the re-building of the Polish Theater in Wroclaw (approved for implementation by the construction authorities). The bureau also coordinated the executive designs for Krakow Opera and Opera Podlaska in Bialystok. The latter - presently under construction - will be one of the biggest cultural complexes in Poland. Designs for Opera Podlaska were created in cooperation with Prof. Marek Budzynski, one of the most acclaimed Polish architects, and Maciej Wojciechowski from EMWU-Projekt, a recognized expert in the field of theatrical technology design.
LTT is currently leading a consortium responsible for complete stage technology in the National Forum of Music in Wroclaw, which, once completed, will be the biggest concert hall in Poland. Within the consortium, the LTT design bureau was responsible for preparing lighting technology designs as well as coordinating the entire stage technology design process. The designs were created according to strict guidelines provided by ARTEC Consultants, a global leader in performance facilities planning; ARTEC's role was to ensure excellent acoustic properties of the object. The designs have also been created in coordination with APAKA, a major Polish architectural design company responsible for the construction design of the Forum.
